    Was greeted with, "you're late". I was actually 15 minutes early but the girl (Shannon) did not apologize. Instead she replied, "I hate this new system". Then I was told they couldn't do a complete exam because they were short-staffed. The exam with Dr Behrens went okay and she was pleasant.
