    If you're a smoker, then this place is for you. They allow tenants to smoke in the apartments and even if you don't smoke, it comes into your apartment through the vents. I complained about it the 1st day I moved in and was told my apartment didn't smell like smoke, I pushed the issue further then they admitted that tenants are allowed to smoke. Maintenance does act quickly but this place isn't worth the health risks.
