  TERRIBLE experience here at Gold’s. I got quoted a certain price with the deadline being 2 days later, went the next day with a picture of the price breakdown and they would not honor it so I had to pay an additional $50.
  
  EVERY MONTH since January I’ve had billing issues. I’ve called every month to make sure the issue would not repeat, and it never failed for them to charge the wrong account and thus charge me a $20 late fee for something I was not responsible for.
  
  I then cancelled in March, and was told I was still responsible for the next month even though it was outside of my 3 month contract. I paid it in advance, then a different account was charged AGAIN.
  
  I called and the manager told me they would call me within the next hour, it’s been 4 hours and nothing. I called again and the worker said there were no managers available and when I asked when there would be one her response was, “I don’t know, I don’t know their schedules”. I have had NOTHING but a bad experience since the moment I signed up. Everyone pays good money to have a membership at golds, I know I did, and what I got out of it was nothing but trouble, overcharging, and terrible customer service from workers AND managers.
  
  Moral of the story: Beware before you sign up.
